Bird Home Automation GmbH (“DoorBird”) Acquisition by the ASSA ABLOY Group Completed
The ASSA ABLOY Group, the global leader in access solutions, has acquired 100% of the shares in Bird Home Automation GmbH. The aim is to further expand and scale the business in the coming years in view of changing market requirements.
